【摘要】 目的 评价经界内窥镜下修复泪囊鼻腔吻合术后远期吻合口阻塞的效果。方法 对38例44眼行鼻内窥镜下吻合口瘢痕组织切除,吻合口留置支撑物2～3周,定期随访。结果 术后随访6月至3年,平均1.6年。治愈40眼,占91％;好转2眼,无效2眼,各占4.5％。结论 鼻内窥镜下修复泪囊鼻腔吻合术后吻合口远期阻塞,手术操作简便,患者痛苦小,不扩大面部切口瘢痕,手术效果确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of nasal endoscopic surgery on the anastomotic occlusion after dacryocystorhinostomy. Methods 44 eyes (38 cases) of recurrent chronic dacryocystitis after dacryocystorhinostomy were treated with nasal endoscopic surgery. The supporter was remained in anastomotic opening for 2 - 3 weeks and all cases were followed up regularly. Results All cases were followed up from 6 months to 3 years (averaged 1. 6 years) .40 of 44 (91%) eyes were recovered, 2 of 44(4.5%) eyes were improved and 2 of 44(4.5%) eyes were failure. Conclusions The nasal endoscopic surgery on the patient with recurrent chronic dacryocystitis after dacryocystorhinostomy was able to lessen patient suffering, need not to enlarge patient facial scar, and easy to operate.更多还原
