【摘要】 目的 比较白内障超声乳化吸出术与现代囊外摘出术两种不同术式治疗糖尿病患者白内障的优缺点。方法 采用回顾性的分析方法,对我院1998～2001年66例76眼糖尿病患者白内障,行超声乳化吸出人工晶状体植入36例42眼及现代囊外摘出人工晶状体植入30例34眼,对术前血糖、术后视力、角膜散光及术中术后并发症进行统计学对比分析。结果 全部患者包括术前空腹血糖高于正常者均安全完成手术,超乳组的空腹血糖水平高于囊外组。术后裸眼视力≥0.5者超乳组占76.2％,优于囊外组的26.5％。角膜散光超乳组低于囊外组。超乳组术后并发症低于囊外组。结论 超乳组有较高的血糖耐受水平,把握好手术时机,采用小切口超声乳化吸出术,多数糖尿病患者可获得满意效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the effects of phacoemulsification aspira-tion(phaco) and extracapsular cataract extraction ( ECCE) in the treatment of cataract for diabetic patients.Methods From 1998 to 2001,66 patients (76 eyes) underwent cataract surgery in which 42 eyes underwent phaco and 36 eyes underwent ECCE. In this retrospective study. FBG, the vision, astigmatism and the main complications after the operations were compared between two groups. Results All of 66 cases with diabetic cataract including the preoperative hyperglycemia were operated successfully. The FBG of phaco group was higher level than ECCE groups.76.2% of the eyes treated in the phaco group and the 26.5% in the ECCE group had the visual acuity above 0.50.The phaco groups visual acuity was supelior to the ECCE group. The astigmatism in the phaco group was inferior to that the ECCE group.The incidence of postoperalive comphcations in the phaco group was lower than that of the ECCEgroups.Conclusion The phaco group could endure higher FBG level,given a suitable operative opportunity and especially treated with phaco,most diabetic patiests can get good outcome.更多还原
