【摘要】 目的　探讨眼外伤后继发性青光眼的原因和治疗。方法　对 77例 77眼眼外伤后继发性青光眼的原因及治疗进行分析。结果　眼外伤后发生的继发性青光眼可由多种原因引起。本组以眼内出血为最多 (5 0 65 % ) ,其次为晶状体源性(3 1 17% )。对不同的原因采取不同的治疗方法。结论　眼外伤后如有眼压升高要争取早期发现 ,针对不同原因及时治疗更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the cause,treatment and prevention of traumatic secondary glaucoma.Methods The cause and treatment of 77 cases (77 eyes) of traumatic secondary glaucoma in patients were analysed.Results It can be caused by many reasons,the first cause of it was intraocular hemorrhage (50 65%),the second was len induced hazards(31 17%).The different treatmnets might be used.Conclusion Carefully observe,early dagnosis and correct treatment can reduce the incidence of the traumatic secondary glaucoma,and improve the vision after trauma.更多还原
