【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the prevention and management of the complications of phacoemulsification.Methods Phacoemulsification and IOL implantation were performed in 1136 eyes of cataract.Results The complications included improper incision,change of chamber depth,rupture of posterior capsule and dropped nucleus during operation.Conclusion Ocurrence of complications is related to the latent factors of phacoemulsification,technique and expreience of surgeons.Understand the reasons and symptoms of complications befor the operation can prevent and manage it.更多还原
