【摘要】 目的　评估康宁克通 -A在眼外伤及手术后葡萄膜炎中的治疗效果及其免疫抑制作用。方法　对临床上眼外伤和手术后引起的长期葡萄膜炎病例中 ,其中眼球破裂伤 45眼 ,外伤性白内障摘出人工晶状体植入术后后发内障及葡萄膜炎 3 7眼 ,眼内炎玻璃体切除术后 14眼 ,交感性眼炎 6例 12眼 ,角膜移植术后排斥反应 6眼。经大剂量皮质类固醇和抗生素治疗 ,炎症反应控制后球结膜下注射康宁克通 -A ,观察并记录视力及裂隙灯检查情况。结果　视力有不同程度提高 ,裂隙灯检查葡萄膜炎症和免疫排斥反应得到控制 ,没有出现停药后反跳现象。结论　康宁克通 -A在治疗眼外伤及手术后葡萄膜炎和免疫排斥反应中具有疗效好、副作用少、使用范围广等优点 ,防止了大剂量皮质类固醇停药后的反跳现象 ,减少了全身长期应用皮质类固醇的副作用更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of Kenacort-A on treatment of uveitis and immunosuppression in ocular injury as well as surgery. Methods We observed 45 ocular rupture, 37 eyes of uveitis and after-cataract because of traumatic cataract and implantation of intraocular lens. 14 eyes after vitrectomy treating endophthalmitis. Sympathetic ophthalmia in 6 cases of 12 eyes.Repeated reaction in 6 eyes after corneal transplantation. After controlling uveitis and repeated reaction by corticosteroid and atnibiotic, we injected Kenacort A sub conjunctivaly, followed up and wrote down vision as well as slit-lamp examination. Results Vision improved in different degree, uveitis and repeated reaction was controlled and not appeared after stop drug.Conclusion Kenacort-A has good effective and is safe means for treating uveitis and repeated reaction caused by ocular injury and surgery.Complications and secondary effects is little. It may be used in some patients with diabetes, hypertension, and peptic ulcer.更多还原
