【摘要】 目的　观察玻璃酸钠在挫伤性虹膜根部断离显微修复术中应用的临床效果。方法　使用玻璃酸钠复位虹膜 ,运用显微手术技术修复虹膜根部断离。结果　本组 7例都恢复了虹膜的解剖位置和瞳孔形态 ,视功能得到明显改善。结论　挫伤性虹膜根部断离显微修复术中应用玻璃酸钠是理想的手术方法更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To review the clinical results of sodium hyaluronate in the microsurgical repair of contusive iridodialysis.Methods Using sodium hyaluronate to restore the iris,the iridodialysis was repaired by microsurgical technology.Results The iris and pupil were anatomically restored and the visual function were improved significantly in all cases.Conclusions The application of sodium hyaluronate in iridodialysis microsurgery is an ideal surgical method.更多还原
