【摘要】 目的　分析高度近视眼黄斑孔视网膜脱离的手术治疗结果。方法　 94例 (95眼 )患者分三组 :单纯黄斑孔伴完全玻璃体后脱离 (PVD) ,单纯黄斑孔伴部分或无PVD ,黄斑孔伴周边孔 ;比较其手术方式及成功率。结果　三组一次手术成功率及视力提高均无显著差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;采用巩膜外手术联合玻璃体手术病例较眼内注气术成功率高 ,且PVD是否完全显著影响单纯黄斑孔病例的一次手术成功率 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　巩膜手术联合玻璃体手术、术后激光光凝封闭黄斑孔是治疗高度近视眼黄斑孔的有效方法 ,术前是否伴有PVD对于术式的选择和预后很重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the surgical results and prognosis of retinal detachment due to macular hole in high myopia. Methods 95 eyes of 94 patients were reviewed and compared the procedures and successful rates of three grops:macular hole with complete posterior vitreous detachment (PVD),macular hole with incomplete or no PVD and macular hole with periphery hole. Results Three were no significant differences both in successful rates of one surgery and visual acuity of three groups( P> 0.05). However,the successful rate was higher in eyes using sclera buckling combined with pars plana vitrectomy than that only using gas intraocular tamponade,and affected by the pure macular hole with or without PVD( P<0.05) . Conclusion The procedure of sclera buckling combined with vitrectomy and postoperative laser photocoagulation is effective.It is important for the procedure choice and prognosis whether combined with PVD before operation.更多还原
