【摘要】 目的　探讨眼挫伤后视觉诱发电位 (VEP)变化特征。方法　对 71例 (115眼 )眼挫伤行VEP检查。视力≥ 0 .1者行图形视觉诱发电位 (P VEP)检查 (10 0眼 ,A组 ) ;视力 <0 .1者行闪光视觉诱发电位 (F VEP)检查 (15眼 ,B组 )。A组根据挫伤后视力情况又分为 3个亚组。结果　A组所有伤眼P10 0 波幅较正常值明显降低 (P <0 .0 1) ,而峰潜时无明显改变(P >0 .0 5 ) ;3个亚组间P10 0 波幅值有明显差异 (P <0 .0 1)。B组 15眼P10 0 与对侧健眼比较 ,峰潜时明显延长 ,波幅明显降低(P <0 .0 1)。结论　视觉诱发电位对眼挫伤后视神经损伤的诊断具有客观性和敏感性 ,有定量诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the characteristics of visual evoked potential(VEP) in patients with ocular contusion. Methods VEP examinations were conducted in 115 eyes of 71 patients with ocular contusion.Pattern-VEP(P-VEP) examinations were performed in 100 eyes with visual acuity better than 0.1(group A),and Flash-VEP(F-VEP) in 15 eyes with vision lower than 0.1(group B).All eyes in grop A were divided into three subgroups according to present vision consequently. Results There was a significant reduction in amplitude of P 100 in group A compared with normal value( P <0.01),and no change in P 100 latency( P >0.05).There was a significant difference in amplitudes of P 100 in three subgroups in group A ( P <0.01).P 100 latency and amplitudes of P 100 significantly delayed and decreased respectively in contusion eyes in group B compared with the other healthy eyes( P <0.01). Conclusion The use of VEP is an abstract Objective and sensitive method in diagnosing the status of optic nerve damage following ocular contusion,and also has a quantitative value.更多还原
