【摘要】 目的　探讨计算机视屏显示终端 (VDT)操作者的视疲劳的情况和他们所用眼镜的问题。方法　对VDT操作者10 9例的视疲劳情况进行调查。并对已配 3 5副眼镜测定镜片的屈光度、眼镜的瞳距 ,对使用眼镜者进行验光。结果　VDT操作者 10 9例中有视疲劳共 65例 (5 9.63 % )。所检测的 3 5副眼镜均为远用眼镜 ,不适合VDT操作距离使用。结论　VDT操作者视疲劳发生率较高。如改用双焦点或渐进多焦点镜片可能有助于减轻视疲劳。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Probe the asthenopia of compulter users and eye-glasses. Methods Investigate conditions of asthenopia at the video display terminals(VDT) user and check up on the 37 pairs of eye-glasses of VDT user. Results 65 cases had asthenopia(65/109,59.63%),All the 37 pairs of eye-glasses are for distance,these eye-glasses were unsuited for VDT user. Conclusion The incidence of asthenopia was high.Use bifocal or varifocal lenses may relieve the asthenopia.更多还原
