【摘要】 目的　观察小梁切除术巩膜瓣不同缝合方式的浅前房发生情况和眼压变化 ,探讨更有效的手术方式。方法　1 0 8例 (1 1 6眼)青光眼随机分为两组。传统术式组 54例 (57眼 ) ;可松解缝线组 54例 (59眼 )。比较两组术后浅前房和眼压情况。结果　浅前房发生率传统术式组 2 8.0 7% ,可松解缝线组 6 .78% ,两组比较差异有非常显著性 (P <0 .0 1 ) ;最后随访眼压传统术式组为(1 3.65±4.2 0 )mmHg(1mmHg=0 .1 33kPa) ,可松解缝线组为 (1 3.35± 3.60 )mmHg,两组间差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5)。结论　小梁切除联合牢固的巩膜瓣缝合与可松解缝线的方法可大大地降低术后浅前房的发生率 ,并能理想地控制眼压。更多还原

【Abstract】 To observe the rate of occurrence of shallow anterior chamber and change of intraocular pressure in trabeculectomy with different sutures for scleral flaps, and to find more effective surgery.Methods The 108 cases (116 eyes) with glaucoma were divided int o two groups in random,54 cases (57 eyes) were traditional group,54 cases (59 eyes) we re releasable sutures group,the rate of occurrence of postoperative shallow anterior chamber and intraocular pressure between two groups were compared.Results The rate of shallow anterior chamber was 28.07% in traditional group and 6.78% in releasable sutures group.There were significant difference between two groups ( P <0.01). The intraocular pressure were (13.65±4.20) mmHg in traditional group,and (13.35±3.60) mmHg in releasable sutures group in the last follow up.There were no significant statistical difference between two groups ( P >0.05).Conclusion Trabeculectomy combined with scleral flaps tightly sutured with releasable sutures may decrease significantly the occurrence of postoperative shallow anterior chamber and may control intraocular pressure effectively.更多还原
