超氧化物歧化酶模拟物研究进展
Advance in Study of Superoxide Dismutase Mimics
【摘要】 超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)用于许多与活性氧 (ROS)损伤有关的疾病已获得有益效果 ,但酶在治疗过程中所伴随的某些制约因素 (免疫原性、有限的生物利用度和溶液的不稳定性等 )限制了它的应用。因此 ,对具有SOD活性的小分子化学物质 ,即SOD模拟物的研究受到重视。文章简介SOD模拟化合物及其生物活性的研究进展。
【Abstract】 Although administration of superoxide dismutase(SOD) has been observed to provide beneficial effects in many diseases mediated, in part, by reactive oxygenspecies(ROS), its usage had to be curtailed because of the limitations associated with enzyme therapies (immunogenicity, limited bioavailability, and solution instability). Therefore, a number of low molecular weight SOD mimics have been studied. The progress in the studies of SOD model compound and its biological activities have been reviewed in this article.
