【Abstract】 The article concluded the progresses in the expression of tissue-type plasminogen activator and its mutants. Tissue-type plasminogen activator and its mutants have been cloned and expressed effectively in many biological cells,such as Escherichia coli.,yeast,insect cells,filamentous fungus, mammalian animal cells and transgenic mice mammary gland.The advantage and weakness of these expression systems were also compared.更多还原
