【Abstract】 Recombinant human serum albumin (rHSA) was expressed and secreted into the fermentation broth by the cultivation of recombinant Pichia pastoris. It was then isolated and purified by the precipitation with (NHt)2SO4, ion exchange chromatography, hydrophobic chromatography and gel filtration chromatography respectively.
