【摘要】 目的 :了解某基层医院中药注射剂的应用及不良反应发生情况 ,为中药注射剂的临床安全用药提供参考。方法 :对该院 2 0 0 0～ 2 0 0 1年中药注射剂的用量及消耗金额进行统计 ,同时对其发生的不良反应进行调查分析。结果 :该院中药注射剂 2年内消耗金额上升 2 1 .92 % ,销量排序前 3位的分别为循环系统药、抗肿瘤药、抗病毒药等几大类 ;2年间共收集到中药注射剂引起不良反应报告 32例 ,以皮肤及其附件损害为多见。结论 :中药注射剂是一类具有发展前途的常用药物 ,但其不良反应亦应警惕更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To keep abreast of the situation of injection Chinese materia medica used in our hospital so as to provide information for its safe use.Method: The amount of consumption and sum of money of injection Chinese materia medica used in our hospital in 2000～2001 were collected and their ADRS were analyzed. Result & Conclusion: Conclusion: The sum of money of injection of Chinese material medica was increased by 21.92% in our hospital during the two years. Injection of Chinese material medica has its promising future, but we must take care of its ADRS.更多还原
