【摘要】 本文在分析中国海关实行风险分类管理必要性的基础上,介绍了通关风险评估系统研究与开发的主要过程。确定了通关风险评估的指标体系及系统的主要功能模块,并采用Browser/Server模式进行了整个系统的实现。最后着重介绍了在该系统中应用的两种通关风险评价方法。本系统的应用将进一步推动我国海关实行风险分类管理的实践。更多还原

【Abstract】 On the basis of analyzing the necessity of Chinese customs implementing risk classification management, this paper introduces the main processes of the customs risk evaluation system. It establishes the index system of customs risk evaluation and the main function modules of the system. Then implements the whole system with Browser/Server pattern. In the last part, the paper introduces two evaluation methods of customs risk. The application of this system will further promote the practice of customs risk classification management in Chinese customs.更多还原
