【摘要】 目的 :分析Depulpin失活剂的临床疗效和毒副作用。方法 :对 86 8个患牙随机分组 ,分别给予Depullin、砷失活剂、多聚甲醛失活剂进行牙髓失活 ,结果进行研究分析。结果 :Depulpin的失活有效率为 91.8% ,砷失活剂的有效率为 90 .5 % ,多聚甲醛失活剂的有效率为 81.2 %。结论 :Depulpin作为一种新型无砷失活剂 ,失活作用确切 ,毒副作用小 ,是一种良好的牙髓失活剂更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To examine the effect of the Depulpin. METHODS:868 molars were divided into three groups randomly.Group A was treated with Depulpin,group B with As 2O 3,group C with polyformaldehyde.The results were examinated at subsequent visit.RESULTS:The effective rate of the Depulpin was 91.8 percent.That of As 2O 3 was 90.5 percent.That of the polyformaldehyde was 81.2 percent.CONCLUSION:It was suggested that Depulpin was an effective and safe drug for pulp devitalization.更多还原
