氢氧化钙充填根管后根尖周pH值变化和Ca2+析出的体外研究
Study of pH value and Ca2+concentration in the periapical region of the tooth after filling the root canal with Ca(OH)2 preparatious in vitro
【摘要】 目的 :检测根管氢氧化钙封药后根尖周pH值变化和Ca2 + 的渗出。方法 :挑选根尖发育完成的人下颌第二前磨牙为实验牙 ,预备根管 ,分别充填 5种实验材料 :①氢氧化钙加蒸馏水。②氢氧化钙加 1,2 -丙二醇。③氢氧化钙加甘油。④Vitapex。⑤胶尖型氢氧化钙。用玻璃离子严密封闭根管口 ,置三蒸水中在37℃恒温箱中浸泡 ,每周检测三蒸水中的pH值和析出的Ca2 + 。结果 :各组实验材料的 pH值均有上升 ,变化量以蒸馏水氢氧化钙组最明显 ,丙二醇组次之 ,胶尖型氢氧化钙组变化量最小。各组实验材料均有不同程度的Ca2 + 析出 ,开始 3d各组 (除胶尖型氢氧化钙外 )均较高 ,尤其是蒸馏水和丙二醇两组Ca2 + 最高。结论 :水溶性溶剂 (蒸馏水组和丙二醇组 )调和的氢氧化钙制剂 ,碱性和Ca2 + 析出量高于其他剂型。
【Abstract】 AIM:To examine the calcium seepage and pH value in the periapical region of the tooth after filliug the root canal with Ca(OH) 2 preparations.METHODS:Full developed human chin tip teeth were used as experiment samples to prepare the root canals.Samples are filled with five different materials seperately (①Ca(OH) 2+ distilled H 2O;②Ca(OH) 2+1,2 CH 2CH 2CH 2OH;③Ca(OH) 2+glycerol;④Vitapex;⑤Sticky-tip type Ca(OH) 2 .Before samples were soaked into distilled water, they were sealed up by glass ions. pH value and calciumion concentration were examined three times in a week.CONCLUSION:pH value increased in all groups.which is most in the first group,then the group two,last the sticky-tip type Ca(OH) 2 group. All of groups exhibit calcium seepage to some different extent.In first three days, everygroup, besides sticky-tip type Ca(OH) 2 group,showed high calcium concentration, especially the Ca(OH) 2+ distilled H 2O group and Ca(OH) 2+1,2 CH 2CH 2CH 2OH group.These results suggest that alkali and calcium concentration of calcium hydroxide increase more in the water solvent than in the others.
