【摘要】 目的 :研究奥丽汀健齿露对菌斑中变形链球菌的作用。方法 :自愿受试者 41名 ,随机分为对照组和实验组。分别给予奥丽汀健齿露和非特异性IgY喷雾剂 ,每日 2次 ,共 4周。实验前、实验后 1周、实验后 4周分别取口腔菌斑培养 ,计算变形链球菌菌落数及变形链球菌占总厌氧菌的百分率。结果 :使用奥丽汀健齿露 1周后变形链球菌计数和变形链球菌占总厌氧菌的百分率均下降 ,用 4周后变形链球菌占总厌氧菌的百分率也明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :奥丽汀健齿露对菌斑中变形链球菌有明显的抑制作用 ,具有防龋作用更多还原

【Abstract】 AIM:To study the effect of Olitin Teeth Protection Spray on the adherence of Streptococcus mutans on the human plaque.METHODS:Forty one volunteers were divided into two groups, and received the Olitin Teeth Protection Spray or control spray twice a day seperately. Before test, after one week and four weeks of test, the plaques were obtained from the molar surfaces. The quantities of S.mutans and total anaerobic bacteria were calculated.RESULTS:Olitin Teeth Protection Spray decreased S.mutans which adherenced on the molar surface at the first week. And the ratios of percentage of S.mutans per total anaerobic bacteria in plaque decreased after Olitin Teeth Protection Spray used.CONCLUSION:Olitin Teeth Protection Spray can inhibit the S.mutans in plaque.So it may has the action of preventing dental caries in human.更多还原
