【Abstract】 Commercial credit is the basis of the existence of contemporary business society. However, commercial credit is confused by the moral credit, economic credit and social credit in character and concept. For the sake of defining the commercial credit and making it instructive to commercial practice, it is necessary for us to search for its origin. As far as its logical beginning is concerned, commercial credit originated from humanity instead of moral rules. Form the point of view of its development, commercial credit has got rid of ignorance and entered the perspicuity and affirmatory fields of laws. In a sense, it has been separated from the principle of fidelity and credit in civil law. All of these make commerce, which will be much more professional and skillful, become the strong basis of separation between civil law and commercial law as well as basic trend for the construction of commercial credit system.更多还原
