【Abstract】 In this paper the primary tissue culture and subculture of young shoots of A. veraL·Var. Chinensis(Haw.)Berg. and A. vera L. and A. arborescens Mill have been studied. The clones of each testtube seedlings is established .The result shows that suitable medium of tissue culture on young shoots of aloe is MS+6BA 2.5 mg·L-1 +IBA0.2mg·L-1.更多还原
