【摘要】 对陕北紫茉莉(MirabilisjalapaL)种子的结构、组成比例及主要化学成分进行了研究,经解剖及分析测试表明:陕北紫茉莉种子由黑色外壳、种衣、黄色内壳及胚乳组成,其组成比例分别为42.70%、0.35%、26.10%、30.85%;其中黑色外壳含木质素36.30%,黄色内壳含脂肪25.0%,胚乳含淀粉92%并含有多肽、黄酮、萜类、内酯、香豆素等多种活性物质。同时论述了紫茉莉种子开发应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Chenical sdudies on are done in this paper the stroctore,proportion of composition and the main Chemical compounds of the seed of Mirabilis jalapa L of in the north of shaannxi province. The seed is made up of black shell(42.70%),seed vest(0.35%),yellow endothelium(26.10%),endosperm(30.85%).There is lignin(36.30%)in black shell,fats(25.00%)in yellow endothelium,starch(92.00%)in endosperm.There are some active things such as polypetide,flavone,terpene,loctone,coumarin in the endosperm.更多还原
