【Abstract】 After realization of the infrastructure control of complex industrial production process, the advanced control strategy have been studied in order to improve the product quality and throughout and reduce consumption. The product quality indexes are always thought as the advanced control objective of the production process, that is product quality control problem. The paper surveys the research on establishing the general industrial product quality model combined with the flash smelting furnace’s quality control problem of Jinchuan Corp. recent years. The steady-state and dynamic product adaptive quality models (AQM), adaptive quality inverse models (AQIM) and adaptive quality control models (AQCM) are studied using the neural network and fuzzy logic methods and the optimizing control based on these models are also studied. The better results are approved after trial in actual production for steady-state and dynamic fuzzy quality model and quality control model.更多还原
