综合利用锌浮渣制备超细活性氧化锌的扩大试验研究

【摘要】 研究用硫酸浸出锌浮渣制备超细活性氧化锌粉体的扩大试验。试验结果表明 :小试提供的工艺条件是可行的 ;在小试的基础上 ,扩大试验提高锌溶液的浓度和沉淀剂的浓度 ,以减小回收硫酸铵的难度 ;超声波辐射时间不少于 30min ,微波煅烧时间也不少于 12min。采用日本岛津产EPMA - 16 0 0型电子探针对产物的微观结构、粒度和形态进行表征。结果表明 :超细活性氧化锌的形貌为球形 ,且分散均匀 ,粒度均匀 ,其平均粒径为 10 0nm ,比表面积为 41m2 / g。

【Abstract】 Preparation of ultra-fine active zinc oxide by comprehensive utilization of zinc dross was investigated in this paper. The results show that the conditions in lab test are practical; On the basis of the lab test,the concentration of zinc solution and the precipitator are increased in order to decrease the difficulty of recovering ammonium sulphate; the time of ultrasonic radiation is not less than 30 minutes; the time of microwave radiation is not less than 12 minutes. The microstructure, granularity and morphology of the product are characterized by EPMA-1600.EPMA-1600 studies show that the ultra-fine active zinc oxide is spherical structure with distribution and granules being uniform,average size being 100nm,specific surface being 41 m 2/g.
