【摘要】 目的　观察血管紧张素受体拮抗剂氯沙坦对糖尿病肾病病人尿蛋白排泄的影响。方法　选择 4 7例血压控制良好的糖尿病肾病病人 ,并设置相应对照组 ,治疗组用氯沙坦每天 5 0mg ,观察治疗前及治疗后 1个月、3个月、6个月的尿白蛋白排泄以及其他生化指标的变化。结果　治疗组用氯沙坦后 1个月、3个月、6个月的尿白蛋白排泄均有显著下降 (组内配对比较 ,P <0 .0 1) ,与对照组比较亦有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　氯沙坦具有不依赖其降压作用而降低糖尿病肾病的尿白蛋白排泄的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of angiotensin receptor antagonist losartan on urinary albumin excretion of diabetic nephropathy (DN) patients. Methods 47 DN patients with well-controlled blood pressure and corresponding controls were selected.50 mg losartan was given to the therapy group. Urinary albumin excretion of the first, the third and the sixth month and other biochemistry indexes were detected. Result Urinary albumin of the first, the third and the sixth month of the therapy group decreased markedly (P<0.01,between different subgroups),and there was significant statistic differences between the treatment and the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion\ Losartan is a drug with action of decreasing urinary albumin excretion of DN patients without association with its effects of lowering blood pressure.更多还原
