【摘要】 通过对填料环宏观形貌特征的分析得知 ,填料环失效是由于腐蚀磨损引起的。依据填料环的材料腐蚀机理和通过对填料环腐蚀产物的分析 ,确定填料环腐蚀是由于有机酸造成的。从防止有机酸与填料环的材料发生反应的条件出发 ,提出了防止填料环腐蚀的有效方法 ,并取得了较好的效果更多还原

【Abstract】 The author finds that erosion causes the failure of packing rings through the analysis of the macrocosm appearance of fracture and that organic acid causes the erosion.According to the condition in which the reaction of organic acid and packing rings occurs,the author put forward some protective measures that proved effective in practice.更多还原
