【摘要】 通过对影响螺杆压缩机效率因素的分析,建立了以压缩机绝热效率和容积效率的乘积的倒数为目标函数,以螺杆转子型线极坐标半径为设计变量,以型线极坐标取值范围为约束的螺杆压缩机优化设计模型。通过编程,采用SUMT法对某种型号的螺杆压缩机进行了整体优化,并给出了结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of the factors that infl ue nce the efficiency of the twin-screw compressor,this paper successfully built up an optimization model of compressor.The optimization model was built as follows :the object function was the reciprocal of the product of absolute efficiency an d volume efficiency of the compressor;the design variables were the radials in p olar coordinates of the female rotary profiles;the constrains were the geometry dimension ranges of the design variables which they can get.By programming,the S UMT method was adopted to optimize a kind of compressor,and the results were pre sented.更多还原
