【摘要】 高教人力资源的优化配置是提高高等教育整体效益的关键。改革开放后 ,我省高等教育发展取得很大进步 ,但在高教人力资源的配置方面 ,依然存在着不遂人意之处。本文分析了我省高教人力资源配置上存在的主要问题 ,并针对这些问题 ,提出了如何实行优化配置的策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 The optimum allotment of human power resources is the key to improve the whole effective and benefit of higher education.Since the reform and opening,great progress has been made in the development of higher education in Hunan province.But there still exist some undesirable points in the aspect of allotment of human power resources in higher education.This paper analyses the main problems existing in the allotment of human power resource in Hunan higher schools,and some strategies are given to improve the optimum allotment .更多还原
