【摘要】 本文在分析我国高等教育由政府导向转变为市场导向后高校办学面临的“财政危机”的基础上 ,大胆地提出对我国部分高校进行一次“股份制改造”的新观点。实践证明 ,股份制作为一种具体的高校办学模式 ,是高校解决资金问题的有效途径。股份制既能回避办学的资本风险 ,又能保证高校办学自主权 ;既能调动社会参与办学的积极性 ,又能解决学校的公益性与资本的寻利性之间的矛盾。股份制高校是与现代企业制度和未来教育相适应的新型的办学模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on analysis of the "financial crisis"facing universities and colleges after the switch of higher education from the government-oriented mode to a market-oriented mode, the paper put forward a new idea of "turning some ofthe Chinese universities into the equity form". It has been proved that as a new mode for higher education, the equity form can be an effective way to solve financial problems of universities and colleges. The equity form can minimize thecapital risk with the higher education, and stimulate the social enthusiasm in hosting higher education, while still ensuring the independence of universities by solving the contradiction between the different objective of education and the capital. Combining the modern enterprise mechanism and future education ethic,the equity form will become a new mode for Chinese higher education.更多还原
