谈谈大学生专注心理品质的培养
A discussion on the training of college students’ psychological ability of attention
【摘要】 专注是关系到大学生发展和成才的一项重要的心理品质,这里分析影响大学生专注水平的几种因素,提出提高大学生专注能力的几种方法。
【Abstract】 The power of attention is one of the important psychological abilities of college students which bears a close reationship to their progress and growth. This paper offers an analysis of the factors which affect the attention power of college students and several methods are proposed to improve the power of attention of college students.
