本体聚合法合成的氨基硅油及其在毛织物上的应用研究

【摘要】 以八甲基环四硅氧烷(D4)、双氨基偶联剂、有机碱催化剂等为原料,经本体聚合成氨基改性有机硅原油.实验表明:当偶联剂用量3.5%~4.0%、催化剂用量0.01%、90~100℃反应3.5~4 h时,其氨值为0.5~0.6、粘度为5.0~5.5 Pa·s、外观为无色透明粘稠液体.随着氨基偶联剂用量的增加,氨基改性有机硅原油的氨值上升、粘度增大、手感不断改善,但是整理后的织物黄变现象加重经配制的毛织物柔软整理剂LQ-88整理后的精纺毛织物,弹性回复角(经+纬)大于300°,增幅达12.33%;撕破强力大于240 N,增幅达47.38%;手感增加了4,但吸水性下降了29.80%.

【Abstract】 With octamethyl cyclotetrasiloxane, diamino-coupling agent, and organic alkali catalyst as starting materials, amino-modified silicone oil was prepared by bulk polymerization. Experiments showed that when the coupling agent dosage at the range from 3.5% to 4.0%, catalyst dosage 0.01%, reaction temperature at 90-100℃, and duration 3.5-4 hours, the amino value was 0.5-0.6, and viscosity was 5.0-5.5 Pa-s. It was a glutinous fluid with colorless and transparent appearance. As the amount of amino-coupling agent increased, the amino value of modified silicone went up, viscosity thickened, hand feeling improved, but yellowness of the fabric treated with it became more obvious. After treatment of the worsted fabric with the formulated amino-silicone softener LQ-88, the crease recovery angle (warp+weft) of it was greater than 300?with an increase of 12.33%, the tear strength was above 240 N with an increase of 47.38%,the hand feeling enhanced by 4 grades, but the absorbency decreased by 29.80%.
