纤维素酶对羊毛中植物性草杂作用的研究

【摘要】 简述了酶法除草的作用原理,采用美国生产的中性纤维素酶对含有草杂的羊毛进行处理,并对酶的去杂效果及不同草杂的去除效果作了对比,该酶的综合效果较好。另外,还对酶法除草和炭化法、机械除草法进行了对比.

【Abstract】 The mechanism of removing weeds and other vegetable impurities from the wool fibers through enzymatic treatment was elucidated. Wool fibers with weeds sticking to them were treated with neutral cellulase from USA and a comparison of weed removing effects was made between different enzymes and different weeds. The weed removing effects were also compared between the enzyme treatment method, carbonization process and mechanical weeding.
