有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯微乳液的合成
SYNTHESIS OF SILICON-MODIFIED POLYACRYLATE MICROEMULSION
【摘要】 采用丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、丁酯等软单体作为壳层,用甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸、苯乙烯等硬单体作为核,在较低表面活性剂含量条件下,经核 /壳乳化法合成半透明有机硅改性聚丙烯酸酯微乳液.产品成膜性好,渗透性及亲和性较好,用途广.将此微乳液作为印花胶粘剂,用于整理涤纶织物,手感柔软,透湿性提高,同时耐洗且有增深效果
【Abstract】 The technique of nuclear/crust emulsion polymerization was used in synthesizing the translucent silicon-modified polyacrylate microemulsion which contained low emulsifier with soft monomers such as 2-ethylhexyl acrylate, butyl acrylate as the crust layer and hard monomers like methyl methacrylate, acrylic acid and styrene as nuclear. The product has good film-forming, penetrating properties and affinity to fiber. It has found wide applications. When this emulsion is used as the printing adhesive in polyester fabric printing, it renders the fabric soft handle, better moisture permeability, good washing resistance and deeper shade.
