【Abstract】 The survival rate of old shoot cutting of Ficus microcarpa is generally low and the rooting ability is getting lower with the rising of shoot age. Based on the cuttage experiment, some measures for improving the survival rate of F. microcarpa were recommended. They include proper longitudinal carving on the surface of shoot, disinfecting the cutting shoot and the soil, using the growth regulators for rooting, illumination and water management after cutting.更多还原
