巩膜环扎术对玻璃体腔径及屈光度影响的研究

【摘要】 目的探讨视网膜脱离环扎术后玻璃体腔径改变及屈光度变化,揭示它们之间的变化规律及相互关系。方法采用自动角膜曲率计,眼A超及电脑验光仪对我院46例患者于巩膜环扎术前、术后1周、1个月及3个月进行角膜屈光力,眼轴及屈光度的测量。结果 (1)术后1周角膜屈光力,散光值较术前稍增加,无统计学意义。而术后1个月,3个月角膜屈光力,散光值与术前检查基本相同。(2)术后眼轴明显延长,主要表现在玻璃体腔径的改变,近视度亦增加。随时间推移,眼轴(玻璃体腔径)逐渐缩短,近视度减少。但术后1个月,3个月眼轴长度(表现在玻璃体腔径),近视度较术前明显增加。结论巩膜环扎术后玻璃体腔径的改变是导致眼轴延长的主要原因,进而引起眼屈光度的改变。

【Abstract】 Purpose To research the changes of vitreous cavity length and diopter scleral encircling procedure, and find the rules and relation between them. Methods The corneal refractive power, ocular axial length and diopter were measured by keratometer, A-mode ultrasonic meter and computeed dioptometer.Results (1) There was no significant difference in corneal refractive power among post-operative 1 month and 3 month and preoperation. (2) Axes were obviously lengthened,especially in vitreous cavity length, and diopter also increased at beginning and then recovered gradually. 1 month and 3 months after surgery, axial length (vitreous cavity length) and myopia were more and in higher degree than before surgery. Conclusion The change of postoperative vitreous cavtity length is the main factor that results in the change of axial length and then makes the change of diopter.
