血清β-GD及γ-GT联合检测对头颈部癌诊断的探讨

【摘要】 目的探讨β-葡萄糖甘酸酶(β-Glucoronidase,β-GD)及γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-Glutamy transpeptidase,γ-GT)对头颈部癌的诊断意义。方法分别采用微量比色法和对硝基苯胺法测定了正常人及头颈部癌患者血清中β-GD及γ-GT的活性,对数据做统计分析和t检验。结果头颈部癌患者血清中β-GD及γ-GT活性均较正常人明显升高(P<0.001);若将β-GD及γ-GT联合检测,有望提高诊断的阳性率。结论血清中β-GD及γ-GT的联合检测对头颈部癌的辅助诊断有一定的临床意义。

【Abstract】 Purpose To investigate the diagnostic significance of β-GD and γ-GT in patients with head and neck cancer. Methods The activities of β-GD and γ-GT were assayed with micro-colorimetric method and p-nitroanilide method respectively in healthy adults and cancer patients. Results The activities of β-GD and γ-GT were significantly higher in cancer patients than in healthy adults ( P < 0.001). The positive rate was higher when detecting methods β-GD and γ-GT were combined. Conclusion Detection of serum β-GD and γ-GT has a better values in diagnosis of head and neck cancer.
