非晶镍铁磁敏薄膜的巨磁阻抗效应
Giant Magneto-impedance Effect in Amorphous NiFe Magnetic Sensitive Films
【摘要】 采用异常电沉积法在厚度为60~80μm的铜基片上制备了非晶镍铁磁敏薄膜,厚度为25~30μm。非晶镍铁磁敏薄膜具有优异的软磁性能,感生的切向各向异性会使薄膜在切向方向上形成磁畴,在薄膜纵向的交流电流驱动下产生振荡,导致非晶薄膜的阻抗变化。在10kHz~1MHz范围内研究了复合NiFe/Cu/NiFe磁敏薄膜与单层NiFe薄膜的巨磁阻抗效应特性。频率为40kHz时,在饱和磁场下,巨磁阻抗变化率达到最大值30%,复合NiFe/Cu/NiFe磁敏薄膜比单层NiFe薄膜的具有更明显的巨磁阻抗效应。
【Abstract】 The permalloy-copper composite magnetic sensitive films were fabricated by the anomalous electro-de-position technique, The thickness of the Cu inner core was in 60~80μm range, and the NiFe outer shell was 25~30μm thick. The films exhibit soft magnetic behavior and the giant magneto-impedance effect. Giant magneto-impedance (GMI) effect of films with a layered structure has been studied and compared to a single layer. It isNiFe/Cu/NiFe with a magnetic closed-loop structure. They also have a certain magnetic configuration, for whichthe uniaxial anisotropy is perpendicular to both the driving current and the external field. Consequently, both re-actance X and resistance R of the films change remarkably due to the external field in the frequency range from10kHz to 1MHz. The magnitude of the maximum GMI ratio ([ZH-Z0]/Z0) is 30% for a magnetic saturated fieldand a frequency of 40kHz. The GMI ratio of sandwiched NiFe/Cu/NiFe films at 40kHz is higher than that of sin-gle-layer magnetic sensitive films of the same thickness.
