【Abstract】 A new type of fast-response temperature sensor-semi-artifical thermocouple which integrates thecutting and temperature measuring functions is proposed. The main feature of this sensor is that its response isvery fast. Its response time is less than 1ms. The structure design,static calibration,dynamic calibration and mea-suring circuit are narrated.
