超高速光导开关的机理及测试系统
Mechanism Analysis of Ultra-fast Photoconductive Switch and Its Measurement System
【摘要】 超高速光导开关是纳米电子器件和纳米光电子器件的主要研究目标之一 ,本文在分析光导开关基本工作原理和关键技术的基础上 ,对光导器件的材料进行了研究和选择 ,设计了先导开关飞秒响应的测量装置 ,并对其应用进行了介绍
【Abstract】 Ultra high speed photoconductive switch is one of the main research targets of nano electrons & nano photoelectron devices. In this paper, photoconductive switch is presented based on the material selection and the basic principle and key technology analysis of it. The measuring system for femtosecond response of the photoconductive switch is designed, and applications of it are introduced.
