【摘要】 电子集成元件外观检测是集成元件生产中的重要工序 ,管脚的偏斜直接影响元件的使用。函数分析无法解决图像倾斜的问题 ,图像旋转运算量巨大 ,都不适合实际生产。根据实际检测需要 ,提出了利用图像分割检测图像中管脚端点的定位方法。此方法快速准确 ,能满足工业检测的需要更多还原

【Abstract】 Chip aspect inspection is necessary step in chip production.The tilt of pins influences the use of chip.Function analysis method can not deal with the tilt images,and image rotation method has the weakness of large quantity of calculation.A efficient and fast algorithm for pin peak location in inspection image is presented,which do well in industry inspection.更多还原
