【摘要】 目的:改进维生素A胶丸的含量测定方法。方法:用盐酸溶解维生素A胶丸的胶壳后,以环己烷萃取内容物,采用紫外分光光度法测定含量。结果:该方法与药典方法的测定结果无显著性差异,RSD为1.6％(n=8)。结论:方法操作简便,重现性好,可作为维生素A胶丸的含量测定方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 To improve determination method of vitamin A soft capsules. Method:Soft capsule of vitamin A was dis-olved by hydrochloric acid and vitamin A was extracted by cyclohexane and was determined by UV spectrophotometry. Results :There is no significant difference between the determination results of this method and pharmacopoeia method. RSD of this method was 1.6% (n=8). Conclusion:This method is simple,accurate and precise,which can be used for the assayof vitamin A soft capsules.更多还原
