微波辐照解毒铬渣的稳定性研究

【摘要】 通过用X 射线衍射仪测定铬渣及解毒铬渣物相组成 ,在模拟环境条件下进行解毒铬渣浸出毒性试验 ,考查微波辐照解毒后铬渣的稳定性。结果表明 ,铬主要以三价形态存在于解毒铬渣中 ,未见高价铬存在。在模拟环境条件下 ,解毒铬渣中Cr6 +的浸出液浓度均小于 0 2mg/L ,低于国家标准 1 5mg/L。说明解毒铬渣在环境条件下存放是安全的。

【Abstract】 The stability of the slag containing chromium treated with the microwave radiation is examed by mineral composition analysis with X ray diffraction and the determination of extraction procedure toxicity is conducted under imitating environmental condition The results show that the Cr 3+ is the dominant in treated slag, and no Cr 6+ is determined, and the Cr 6+ in leaching solution is 0 2mg/L, which is less than the 1 5mg/L for the requirement of National Standard So the detoxicated slag is safe in environmental conditions
