铜山铜矿尾砂胶结充填试验研究
Experiment of Cemented Filling with Tailings in Tongshan Copper Mine
【摘要】 针对铜山铜矿可利用的充填材料,通过正交试验和线性回归,分析影响充填体强度的因素及其数学关系式。结果表明,铜山铜矿分级尾砂和江砂可以作为充填骨料与425~#普通硅酸盐水泥进行胶结充填。影响充填体抗压强度的因素有充填砂浆浓度、料灰比、江砂尾砂比及尾砂含硫量。其中砂浆浓度及料灰比对充填体各龄期强度都有影响,而尾砂含硫量对充填体90d抗压强度有显著影响。砂浆浓度≥70%,料灰比≤8:1,尾砂含硫量≤5.14%,则尾胶试块抗压强度≥1.61MPa。
【Abstract】 Based on the available filling materials in Tongshan Copper Mine, the influencing factors of filling body strength, the function equations on conpression strengh of filling body are obtained by orthogonal test and linear recurrece. The results show that the tailings from Tongshan Copper Mine and sand from the Yangtse River are capable to apply to cemented filling accompanied with the 425 cement. The pulp concentrate, ratios of filling materials and cement, sand and tailings, and content of sulfur in tailings are the influencing factors of filling body compression strength. The former three factors have effect for each period of filling body, and the last one only influences the 90d period filling body. The compression strength of the test block of filling body can be over 1.61MPa while the pulp concentration ≥70%, ratio of filling materials to cement ≤8:1 and sulfur content in tailings ≤5.14 % .
