纤维状纳米镍粉前驱体的合成
Precursor Synthesis of Fibrillar Nanocrystalline Nickel Powder
【摘要】 采用XRD、IR、SEM等分析手段对草酸盐沉淀法制备的纤维状纳米镍粉前驱体粉末组成和形貌进行表征 ,研究温度、浓度、pH值、表面活性剂和干燥方式对粉末形貌及分散性的影响。结果表明 ,草酸盐沉淀法制得的前驱体为复杂镍盐。控制沉淀反应温度 60~ 70℃、镍离子浓度 0 6~ 0 8mol/L、pH =8 4~ 8 8、添加PVP高分子表面活性剂 ,制得的粉末呈纤维状 ,分散性好。采用共沸蒸馏的干燥方式有利于减小粉末的团聚程度
【Abstract】 The composition and morphology of the precursor of fibrillar nanocrystalline nickel powder prepared by oxalate precipitation are characterized by XRD, IR and SEM analysis, and the effects of temperature, nickel concentration, pH, surfactant and drying process on the morphology and the dispersion of the precursor are investigated. By the experiment results, the fibrillar precursor is a complicated nickel salt. The precursor prepared in the condition of 60~70℃, 0.6~0.8mol/L nickel ion, pH=8.4~8.8 and with addition of PVP surfactant is well dispersive and in fiber form. The powder dried by azeotropic distillation is dispersive.
