薄层扫描法测定通痹止痛胶囊中乌头碱的含量
Determination of Aconitine in Tongbizhitong Capsule by TLCS
【摘要】 目的 :测定通痹止痛胶囊中乌头碱的含量。方法 :双波长薄层扫描法。结果 :测定方法的平均加样回收率为 10 0 38% ,精密度RSD为 2 74 %。结论 :本法简便、可行 ,可用于本制剂的质量控制
【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the contain of aconitine in Tongbizhitong Capsule.Method:TLC-Scaning was used.Results:The average rate of recovery was 100.38% and RSD was 2.74%.Conclusion:The method is easily practicable and can be used for quality control of Tongbizhitong Capsule.
