【摘要】 目的　研究重组人生长激素 (rhGH)联合顺铂、丝裂霉素对体内胃癌的抑制作用 ,探讨rhGH在胃癌围手术期临床治疗中应用的可行性。方法　通过前胃癌MFC体外培养细胞接种在 61 5小鼠皮下 ,移植成功的稳定肿瘤模型 ,接种 1 2 0只 ,进行rhGH联合顺铂、丝裂霉素以及单独应用对荷前胃癌 61 5小鼠的治疗观察 ,观察给药组的肿瘤抑制率、肿瘤生长曲线、荷瘤鼠生命延长率及肿瘤凋亡指数等。对荷瘤小鼠生存质量、疗效进行评价 ,探讨rhGH在胃癌围手术期临床治疗中的可行性。结果　rhGH联合顺铂组、rhGH联合丝裂霉素组比单独应用顺铂组、丝裂霉素组对荷前胃癌小鼠治疗效果显著提高 ,抑瘤率分别为 78 7%、 48 1 %。实验组小鼠肿瘤生长受到明显抑制 (P <0 0 1 ) ;荷瘤小鼠生存期明显延长 (P <0 0 1 )。结论　rhGH联合顺铂组、rhGH联合丝裂霉素组治疗前胃癌小鼠具有显著的抑瘤作用 ,提示rhGH在胃癌围手术期配合抗癌药物的治疗是有效可行的更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the anticancer of jointly recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH) with DDP or MMC on the forestomach carcinoma(MFC) bearing 615 mice. Method The established transplantable model of MFC put into the 615 mice had been made in vivo, and then, the ready drugs were applied to the designed groups respectively. MFC was inoculating under the fore armpit of 615 mouse (n=120) until the transplanting tumor was grown up and stable. The survival quality and chemotherapy effect had been evaluated by inhibitory rate of jointly rhGH with DDP or with MMC and single DDP or single MMC, growth graph of tumor. The survival rate of the forestomach carcinoma bearing 615 mouse as well as inducing apoptosis rate were assessed. Result Inhibited rate of the forestomach carcinoma bearing mouse for jointly rhGH with DDP(78 7%) or with MMC(48 1%) was significantly higher than single DDP(46 4%) or single MMC(6 7%), P <0 01,the survival span of tumor bear mouse were apparently prolonged ( P <0 01). Conclusion The study has showed that the radical operation in gastric carcinoma patients make use of treatment which joint rhGH with DDP or MMC and it takes more inhibition active to gastric carcinoma cells than single DDP and single MMC and this therapy method would be effect and practicable.更多还原
