【摘要】 目的　探讨颧眶上颌复合骨折的手术方法和注意事项。方法　经冠状切口附加睑缘或眶下切口对 2 8例颧骨、颧弓、眶骨、上颌骨复合骨折的病人行骨折复位微钛板内固定术。结果　 2 8例中 2 6例术后效果优良 ,2例效果较差 ;5例出现面神经颞支功能性麻痹 ,两周后恢复正常 ;2例轻度睑外翻 ,在术后两周消失。结论　冠状切口附加睑缘切口有切口隐蔽、术野暴露清楚、复位准确、固定方便、术后疤痕隐蔽等优点。加上两处以上微型钛板内固定可获得满意的手术效果更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore operation methods of zygomatic-orbital- maxillary bone fracture.Methods 28 cases with this fracture we re treated with coronary incision an d incision under eyelid or orbit,and rigid inner fixation with mini titanium pla te were made.Results The results of 26 cases were excellent.F unctional paralysi s of temporal branch of facial nerve was observed in 5 cases,but the symptom was disappeared after two weeks.Conclusion This method of treatm ent is useful.更多还原
