冷压烧结溶解法制备多孔泡沫铝合金的研究
Research on Foamed Porous Al-Alloy with Cold Press Sintering-Dissolving Process
【摘要】 对在6061铝合金中加入可溶性填充物混合—压制—烧结—溶解造孔的制备多孔泡沫铝合金方法及其工艺参数进行了探讨,通过控制金属材料与填充材料的尺寸和比例来获得孔径均匀、孔隙率可控的多孔泡沫金属材料,已制备出相对密度为0 5~0 6,平均孔径为0 10~0 25mm,孔隙率为40%~50%的多孔泡沫铝合金试样。该方法较好地解决了直接压制烧结法在高压下破坏了材料的多孔性以及机械强度和高孔隙率不能同时保证的矛盾。
【Abstract】 The manufacturing process and technical parameters for making porous foamed Al-alloy is introduced.In this process,soluble stuff is added into 6061 alloy and the end product is produced through procedures of mixing,cold working,sintering and dissolving.It is possible to produce porous foamed Al-alloy with even pore diameter(averaged 01 mm~025 mm),porosity 40%~50% and relative density 05~06.The experiment shows the product is of high mechanical strength and high porosity.
