【Abstract】 From the epistemological angle, the author explores the functions of the trial-and-error method in thinking experiment applied to test jurisprudential theories. The author discusses the related research approaches and achievements through a metaphysical interpretation of jurisprudential studies. Adopting the hypothesis of natural state as the reference, the author tries to interpret the hypotheses, refutation and the trial-and-error method in jurisprudential studies.更多还原
