【Abstract】 Based on the telemedicine development history of U.S.A,U.K and Canada,the history of tele-homecare development and the present condition is described in this paper.It makes a three-group division for the tele-homecare devices and offers the special requirements for the devices used in tele-homecare.After the analysis of the condition of the tele-homecare market and the tele-homecare devices application,this paper supports the whole″E-Health″opinion on which will make the holistic health policy including the telemedicine and health information.At last it gives the point of view of the next generation tele-homecare devices in the near future.更多还原
