重庆市小城镇建设用地用途管制研究

【摘要】 文章分析了小城镇建设用地用途管制的必要性 ,揭示了小城镇建设用地用途管制中存在的突出矛盾 ,并由此而来提出了小城镇建设用地用途管制的原则、对策建议及措施。

【Abstract】 The article analyses the nessary of the regulation on land use for constuction of small town, and anounce the contradictions of the regulation on land use for constuction of small town. Based on this analysis, the author give suggestions to the regulation on land use for constuction of small town.
